  The owner was rude and does not care much about customer service. I had a major part i needed to be installed on my Audi, the customer service was terrible, they said that they didn't care if they got my business because i had already purchased the part and they would not make any money off of the part. They wanted to work on the car until I told them that i already had the part purchased.
